How does it pack away?

Fold, then roll

  1. Release the elasticated bottom hooks. Support the fabric as you lift the top hooks off the beam. For walls over four metres, have a second person support the loose sections.
  2. Remove the clips and return them to their cut-outs in the storage carton. Leave the aluminium rails attached to the fabric.
  3. Concertina the wall back and forth at the gaps between the rail sections. Each rail is about 930 mm long.
  4. Roll the folded assembly into a bundle about a metre wide. Protect the roll before putting it back into its carton.

Keep the fixings together

A place for every clip.

Slot the top adapters and elasticated bottom hooks back into their cut-outs as you take the wall down. The custom-made box keeps everything together between shows, and an empty space makes a missing clip easy to spot before you leave the venue.

How will your walls travel?

Your rolled prints can be supplied in protective tubes. For several walls, or for a case you can use on the stand itself, there are two further options.

Adjustable hard tube for suitable wall graphics up to about four metres long.
Adjustable storage tube
For a single wall up to 4 metres long, fold and roll the graphic, then adjust the tube to the length of the bundle. View adjustable storage tubes at Printdesigns.
For larger or multiple walls, a 1020 mm drum is available in approximately 300 mm and 400 mm diameters. Choose according to the packed roll.

Semi-rigid transit drums for multiple walls

ShellTex graphics need a 1020 mm long drum to accommodate the folded rails. Choose 1020 mm × 300 mm or 1020 mm × 400 mm (length × diameter), depending on how many walls you’re packing and the diameter of the bundle.

Wheeled cases that become exhibition counters
